摘要 课程思政建设为实现新时代高等教育立德树人的根本任务提供了新的教育理念和教育方法,已进入高质量建设和发展阶段。对“食品微生物学”课程思政建设进行教学改革和探索,将混合式教学模式及过程考核方式与思想政治教育内容有机结合,分别从课程教学目标、教学总体设计、教学方法与手段、课程考核等方面进行教学改革,实现了思想政治教育和专业课教学同向同行。 Moral education is the fundamental task of higher education in the new era. The construction of curriculum ideological and political education can provide a new educational idea and method for realizing the fundamental task of moral cultivation. At present, curriculum ideological and political education has entered the stage of high-quality construction and development. This paper expounds the teaching reform and exploration in ideological and political construction of Food Microbiology course. The course teaching organically combines the mixed teaching mode and process assessment with ideological and political content. Teaching reform is carried out in the aspects of course teaching objectives, overall teaching design, teaching methods and means, and course assessment, so as to realize the integration of ideological and political education and professional course teaching.
