腹部冲击触诊法简便模具制作及教学应用 被引量:1

摘要 为制作腹部冲击触诊法简便实用的教学模具,并在“诊断学”大班理论课和小班实践课中进行教学应用,利用生活中的儿童玩具(气球、橡胶球、水等),制作方便携带、触感较为真实的腹部冲击触诊教学模具。在冲击触诊理论授课时,结合制作的腹部冲击触诊教学模具邀请学员现场体验,并对所有学员发放调查问卷,了解学员在使用教具前后对理论传授内容理解程度的差异和对教具的使用体验。问卷调查结果显示,95%的学员认为模具使用方便直观、触感真实,加深了对理论授课内容的理解和实际体验,教学效果较好。冲击触诊法模具制作和教学应用,弥补了既往相关理论授课内容无真实体验感的缺陷,填补了相关模具目前的空白,且模具简单便携,易于推广应用。 In order to make a simple and practical teaching mold of abdominal impact palpation method and apply it in the big class theory lesson and the small class practice lesson of “diagnostics”, children’s toys(balloons,rubber balls, water, etc.) in life are used to make a teaching mold of abdominal impact palpation that is easy to carry and has a more real touch. During the teaching of impact palpation theory, students are invited to experience it on the spot in combination with the abdominal impact palpation teaching mold, and questionnaires are distributed to all students to understand the differences in the students’ understanding of the content of theory teaching before and after using the teaching aids and their experience in using the teaching aids. The results of the questionnaire show that 95% of the students think that the mold is convenient and intuitive to use and has a real touch, which deepens their understanding of the theoretical teaching content and practical experience, and the teaching effect is good. The mold making and teaching application of the impact palpation method make up for the defect of no real experience in the previous teaching content of relevant theories, and fill the current blank of relevant molds. The mold is simple and portable, easy to promote and apply.
