摘要
目前,学生干部的业务能力与综合素质不平衡,尤其工科院校部分学生干部缺乏足够的人文素养。工科学生干部具有工程性、专业性等多方面特点,但部分学生工作业务能力和思想觉悟等综合素质有待提升。以广西大学电气工程学院为例,设计了“集中培训+日常指导”模式下的理论和实践相结合的多角度、多层次的培训体系,并按照OBE模式设计了培训的目标及培训大纲,包含培训内容要点、教学计划、培训内容对培训目标的支撑关系、培训考核方式及评价方案等,以期能够为工程教育背景下的学生干部综合素质提升培训提供参考。
There is an imbalance between the professional ability and the comprehensive quality of the student cadres, especially the lack of adequate humanistic quality of the student cadres in engineering colleges and universities, which is the realistic pain point. Engineering student cadres not only have the physical and professional characteristics, but also must improve their comprehensive quality, such as student work ability, thinking consciousness and so on. We take the College of Electrical Engineering of Guangxi University as an example to design a multi-angle and multi-level training system combining theory and practice under the “centralized training +daily guidance” model. In accordance with the OBE model, training objectives and training programs are designed,including training content essentials, teaching plans, training content to support the relationship between training objectives, training assessment methods and evaluation methods. The constructed training system can provide a new reference scheme for improving the comprehensive quality of student cadres under the background of “engineering education”.
