企业职工书屋室内空间的情感化设计研究与应用——以福州建发商务中心为例

Research and application of the emotional design of the interior space of the staff book house——Taking Fuzhou Jianfa Business Center as an example

企业职工书屋是企业职工文化建设的重要载体,也是职工开展基层精神生活的重要场所。对现阶段企业职工书屋室内环境现状存在的问题进行分析;从情感化角度对企业职工书屋室内空间进行设计分析;以福州建发商务中心职工书屋为例,从本能、行为及反思三个层次提出相应设计手法并应用。研究结果为:在本能层上,造型、材质、色彩、触感、灯光对使用者产生的本能影响较为重要。在行为层上,使用者的使用习惯、行为模式以及人际距离,影响着职工书屋内部空间动线及功能布局,对使用者是否产生良好的反馈尤为关键。在反思层上,企业文化的不断渗入、使用者将使用过程中,产生具有纪念意义的活动以文字或影像等形式再现,令使用者回忆、反思及二次评估。

The enterprise workers’ study house is an important carrier for the cultural construction of enterprise workers and an important place for workers to carry out their grassroots spiritual life. We analyze the problems of the current situation of the interior environment of the enterprise staff study room;we analyze the design of the interior space of the enterprise staff study room from the perspective of emotionality;taking the staff study room of Fuzhou C&D Business Center as an example, we propose and apply the corresponding design techniques from three levels: instinct, behavior and reflection. The results of the study are: on the instinctive level, the instinctive influence of shape, material, color, touch and light on users is more important. In the behavior layer, users’ habits, behavior patterns and interpersonal distance affect the internal space and function layout of the staff bookstore, and are especially critical to whether users produce good feedback. On the reflection layer, the continuous infiltration of corporate culture and users’ reproduction of memorable activities in the process of use in the form of words or images make users recall, reflect and evaluate twice.
