摘要
某柔性直流换流站位于华北平原,属坝上高原区。因现场环境与工序问题,阀冷设备基础产生不均匀沉降。文中采用有限元分析对基础沉降进行数值模拟,对基础沉降情况进行定性分析。采用压密注浆技术对设备基础进行后处理,并结合现场情况采用堆载方式,对主机的运行工况进行模拟。通过位移监测手段,对基础沉降进行监测,验证压密注浆效果,并为基础安全性评估提供依据。
The converter station is located in the north China plain, the station site belongs to the Plateau area upper dam.Because of the site environment and process problems, the valve cooling equipment foundation produces the uneven settlement.In this paper, the numerical calculation software is used to simulate the working condition of the valve cooling equipment, and the qualitative analysis of the foundation settlement is carried out.After compacting grouting, the working condition of the main engine is simulated by heaped load, and the settlement of the foundation is monitored by means of monitoring, and the monitoring data is used to verify the effect of compacting grouting and to provide a basis for the safety evaluation of the foundation.Combined with the case of this project, this paper put forward some suggestions for related projects.
