近年来,福建省对建筑施工企业项目现场质量安全日常管理情况采取动态违规记分方式,进行信用量化评价,并将信用评价成果与招投标挂钩,取得较好成效。为此,梳理分析福建省建筑施工企业质量安全施工行为信用评价的主要构成、方法、特点,就其施工现场质量安全管控成效进行分析,提出存在问题和完善建议,可为相关部门和企业的建设工程质量安全监管工作提供参考。

In recent years, Fujian Province has adopted a dynamic and illegal scoring method for the daily management of the quality and safety of construction enterprise projects, carried out credit quantitative evaluation, and linked the credit evaluation results to bidding, so as to achieve good results. Therefore, we sort out and analyze the main composition, methods and characteristics of the credit evaluation of the quality and safety construction behavior of construction enterprises in Fujian Province, analyze the effectiveness of quality and safety control on their construction sites, and put forward existing problems and suggestions for improvement, which can provide reference for the quality and safety supervision of construction projects by relevant departments and enterprises.
