大截面钢柱分节吊装施工技术研究

摘要 随着建筑行业的发展,工业与民用建筑中采用钢结构的比例越来越高。其具有重量轻、强度高、塑性及韧性强、匀质性好、便于工业化生产等特点,易于营造大跨度、大空间的室内外环境。但钢构件存在体积大、重量高、拼缝多、精度要求严格等问题。以一个工程实例,通过分析大截面钢柱分节吊装的重难点,并提出相应的解决办法。结合深化设计、BIM应用、施工质量控制等手段,探讨施工技术要点。 With the development of the construction industry, the proportion of steel structures used in industrial and civil buildings is getting higher and higher. It has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, strong plasticity and toughness, good homogeneity, and easy industrial production. It is easy to create indoor and outdoor environments with large spans and large spaces. However, steel components have problems such as large volume of components, high weight, many seams, and strict precision requirements. Taking an engineering example, this paper analyzes the difficulties of segmented hoisting of large-section steel columns and proposes corresponding solutions. Combined with detailed design, BIM application, construction quality control and other means, the technical points in the construction are explored.
