摘要
随着湖北电网新能源发电占比不断提高和负荷“尖峰化”趋势加强,亟需充分挖掘利用需求侧资源潜力,推动电力系统由“源随荷动”向“源荷互动”转变。在分析湖北电网2022年迎峰度夏负荷资源结构特点、需求响应典型实践情况基础上,从资源利用方式、资源库建设、系统支撑能力和技术支撑水平4个方面提出了当前湖北电网需求侧资源利用的主要问题及下一步技术措施。
With the continuous increasing in the proportion of renewable energy power generation and the load"spiking"trend strengthened in Hubei power grid,it is urgent to fully exploit the potential of demand-side resources and promote the transformation of power system from“source follows load”to“source interacts with load”.This paper first analyzes both the load structure characteristics and the typical practice of demand response during the peak summer of Hubei power grid in 2022,and then,on this basis,puts forward the main problems and next technical measures of resource utilization in Hubei power grid’s demand side from four aspects:resource utilization mode,resource base construction,system support ability and technical support level.
