600 MW超临界对冲燃烧锅炉主蒸汽温度偏差模拟与试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 以一台600 MW超临界对冲燃烧锅炉作为研究对象,采用试验与实际数值计算相结合的方法研究一次风量、二次风量、一次粉管煤粉量偏差和磨组方式对主蒸汽温度偏差影响。研究结论表明,此锅炉产生主蒸汽汽温偏差问题的主要原因是炉内燃烧组织不佳,主燃区存在较大的热负荷偏差致使受热面吸热不均,导致锅炉左右侧主蒸汽汽温出现明显偏差。将一次风量与煤粉量偏差调平后,左墙平均热流从比右墙高1.51倍降到1.18倍;随着二次风量提高,后墙平均热流从前墙的0.87倍增加至1.15倍。 This paper takes a 600 MW supercritical opposed firing boiler as the research object to study the influence of primary air volume,secondary air volume,primary pulverized coal volume deviation and grinding set method on the temperature deviation of main steam by combining experiment with actual numerical calculation.The study results are shown as follows:Poor combustion structure of the furnace is the main reason for the deviation of the main steam temperature,and there is a large heat load deviation in the main combustion area,resulting in uneven heat absorption on the heating surface,which leads to the obvious deviation of the main steam temperature on the left and right sides of the boiler.After equalizing the deviation of primary air volume and pulverized coal volume,the average heat flow on the left wall is decreased from 1.51 times higher than that on the right wall to 1.18 times;with the increase of secondary air volume,the average heat flow on the rear wall is increased from 0.87 times to 1.15 times from the front wall.
