乡村教师使命感:内涵结构、生成机制与培养路径

摘要 乡村教师使命感可以由决心投身乡村教育的强烈冲动、无私奉献乡村教育的利他倾向、全心全意教书育人的角色担当以及长期扎根乡村教育的矢志不移四个方面构成,其生成机制呈现出循环向上的螺旋生成以及多因素影响的综合生成两大特征。依据乡村教师使命感的内涵结构及生成机制,可以从品格优势的应用与培养、针对自我与实践的反思以及联合多方力量提供支持等方面对乡村教师的使命感展开培养。 Rural teachers’calling,which is an important factor to promote rural teachers to devote themselves to education,is a perception of responsibility of rural teachers to rural society,education and students,as well as the rural teachers’experience of self-significance and self-existence.Rural teachers’calling can be composed of four aspects,including the strong impulse to join rural education,selfless devotion to rural education,taking the initiative to play the role of teaching and educating people and a long-term commitment to rural education.The generation mechanism of teachers’calling has two characteristics:the generation process of calling is cyclic upward and the calling is generated under the influence of many factors.According to the connotation structure and generation mechanism of rural teachers’calling,some measures are mentioned to develop it by cultivating and applying character advantages,helping teachers reflect and providing external support.
