S100吸收性止血绫在尿道下裂行包皮内板翻转带蒂皮瓣尿道成形术中的应用

Application of S100 absorbable hemostatic silk in urethroplasty of hypospadias with reversed prepuce inner plate pedicled flap

目的 评价S100吸收性止血绫在尿道下裂行包皮内板翻转带蒂皮瓣尿道成形术中的应用价值.方法 275例尿道下裂患者均行包皮内板翻转带蒂皮瓣尿道成形手术.其中148例术中使用S100吸收性止血绫(命名为观察组),127例患者为常规止血方法(命名为对照组).比较两组术中出血量、手术时间及术后并发症.结果 与对照组比较,观察组术中出血量更少,手术时间更短(t=14.868,2.343,均P<0.05),术后并发症发生率更低(χ^(2)=3.860,P<0.05).结论 尿道下裂患者在行包皮内板翻转带蒂皮瓣尿道成形术中应用S100吸收性止血绫,能降低术中出血,且不增加术后并发症.

Objective To evaluate the application value of S100 absorbable hemostatic satin in Duckett's procedure of one-stage urethroplasty for hypospadias.Methods 275 cases of hypospadia were treated with Ducket's procedure of one-stage urethroplasty,148 cases were treated with S100 absorbable hemostatic satin(be named as observation group),127 cases were treated with routine hemostatic method(be named as control group).Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower(t=14.868,2.343,P<0.05),the amount of intraoperative blood loss was significantly decreased(x2=3.860,P<0.05).Conc lus ion During the Duckett's procedure of one-stage urethroplasty for hypospadias,S100 absorbable hemostatic silk was used to reduce the bleeding in the operation cavity,avoid compression of the vascular pedicle.
