川崎病患儿情绪状况及其相关影响因素分析

Analysis of emotional state and related influencing factors in children with Kawasaki disease

目的探究川崎病患儿情绪状况及其相关影响因素.方法选取2020年3月-2021年12月井冈山大学附属医院收治的80例川崎病患儿,采用中文版儿童积极-消极情绪量表(PANAS-C)评估患儿的情绪状态,并收集相关资料,比较不同特征川崎病患儿的情绪状况得分,分析川崎病患儿情绪状况的相关影响因素.结果80例川崎病患儿消极情绪评分为(50.35±5.06)分,积极情绪评分为(26.35±2.63)分.不同年龄、家庭人均月收入、主要照顾者文化程度、家庭亲密度、家庭结构的患儿消极情绪比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别、受教育程度、家庭居住地的患儿消极情绪比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).经线性回归分析显示,年龄≥6岁、家庭人均月收入<5000元、主要照顾者文化程度为高中及以下、家庭亲密度低下、单亲家庭是川崎病患儿消极情绪较严重的危险因素(P<0.05).结论川崎病患儿消极情绪较严重,年龄≥6岁、家庭人均月收入<5000元、主要照顾者文化程度为高中及以下、家庭亲密度低下、单亲家庭是导致患儿消极情绪严重的危险因素.

Objective To investigate the emotional status and related influencing factors of children with Kawasaki disease.Methods A total of 80 children with Kawasaki disease who were admitted to Jinggangshan University Affiliated Hospital from March 2020 to December 2021 were selected.The Chinese version of the Children's Positive-Negative Emotion Scale(PANAS-C)was used to evaluate the emotional state of the children,and relevant data were collected,to compare the emotional status scores of children with Kawasaki disease with different characteristics,and to analyze the related influencing factors of emotional status of children with Kawasaki disease.Results The negative emotion score of 80 children with Kawasaki disease was(50.35±5.06)points,and the positive emotion score was(26.35±2.63)points.Comparison of the negative emotions of children with different ages,per capita monthly income of the family,education level of the main caregiver,family intimacy,and family structure(P<0.05);comparison of the negative emotions of children with different genders,education levels,and family residences,differences were found.No statistical significance(P>0.05).Linear regression analysis showed that age≥6 years old,per capita monthly household income<5000 yuan,primary caregiver education level of high school or below,low family intimacy,and single-parent family were the risk factors for severe negative emotions in children with Kawasaki disease(P<0.05).Conc lus ion Children with Kawasaki disease have more severe negative emotions,age≥6 years old,per capita monthly household income<5000 yuan,the main caregiver education level is high school or below,low family intimacy,and single-parent family are the risk factors for severe negative emotions in children.
