摘要 目的对MOTOmed康复训练器在改善脑卒中患者下肢运动功能的应用方法及效果展开分析与探讨。方法选取天津市红桥医院神经内外科于2020年1月-2020年12月收治的106例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,根据入院顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,各53例;对照组采用常规康复治疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上加用MOTOmed康复训练器治疗;比较两组患者治疗前后的下肢运动功能。结果经康复治疗4周后,观察组患者的Fug1-Meyer运动功能评分为(29.72土1.91)分,优于对照组的(24.98±2.17)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的下肢肌力提升状况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总治疗有效率高达98.11%,高于对照组的81.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用MOTOmed康复训练器结合康复训练,能够有效促进脑卒中偏瘫患者的下肢肌力恢复,并提升整体治疗效果,对患者下肢功能障碍恢复具有良好的促进作用。 Objective To analyze and discuss the application method and effect of MOTOmed rehabilitation trainer in lower limb motor function of stroke patients.Methods A total of 106 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to the Department of Neurology and Surgery of Tianjin Hongqiao Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 53 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was treated with MOTOmed rehabilitation trainer on the basis of the control group.The lower limb motor function of the two groups before and after treatment was compared.Results After 4 weeks of rehabilitation treatment,the Fugl-Meyer score of the observation group was(29.72±1.91),which was better than that of the control group(24.98±2.17),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of lower limb muscle strength in observation group was better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in observation group was 98.11%(52/53),which was significantly better than 81.13%(43/53)in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MOTOmed combined with rehabilitation training can effectively promote the recovery of lower limb muscle strength of stroke patients with hemiplegia,improve the overall treatment effect,and have a good promoting effect on the recovery of lower limb dysfunction.
