精细护理在心血管介入治疗护理中的应用优势评价

Evaluation of the application advantages of fine nursing in cardiovascular interventional therapy nursing

目的分析对于实施心血管介入治疗的患者采用精细化护理所达到的效果。方法此次研究时间开始设定为2020年6月7日,结束时间设定为2022年1月4日。患者共计100例,根据随机分组的形式,分为两组,观察组和对照组各50例,对照组患者的护理干预方式为常规护理干预,观察组患者则需要在常规护理的基础上采用精细化护理干预。结果观察组患者护理质量分值较高,组间差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05;在生活质量各项分值方面,观察组患者的分值则较高,组间存在统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组患者不良反应发生率较低为6.0%,而对照组则为24.0%,数据差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组患者满意度较高,和对照组相比较,数据差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论针对实施心血管介入治疗的患者,采用精细护理干预可以有效提高临床治疗效果,并提高生活质量,降低不良反应的发生率。

Objective To analyze the effect of fine nursing for patients undergoing cardiovascular interventional therapy.Methods The start time of this study was set as June 7,2020,and the end time was set as January 4,2022.A total of 100 patients were divided into two groups according to the form of random grouping,the observation group and the control group 50 cases in each group.The nursing intervention of patients in the control group was routine nursing intervention,while patients in the observation group needed fine nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Results The score of nursing quality in the observation group was higher,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);in terms of scores of quality of life,the data of patients in the observation group were higher,and the data were statistically significant,P<0.05;The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.0%,while that in the control group was 24.0%.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the patients in the observation group were more satisfied.Compared with the control group,the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing cardiovascular intervention,fine nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
