摘要
碳排放影子价格反映碳排放作为环境资源在经济系统中的内在价值或边际生产力,技术创新对提升碳价值,驱动经济增长和低碳转型均具有重要作用。本文将碳排放和技术进步引入超越对数生产函数,根据京津冀2002-2020年的面板数据,利用岭回归法估计了模型参数。研究结果表明:碳排放影子价格呈逐年递增趋势,科技创新对碳排放影子价格的贡献较低但持续增长,对经济增长的驱动作用较弱但小有增幅,对碳排放的替代作用有待增强,对劳动要素的效率提升作用显著。本文提出加快低碳技术创新、推动经济结构转型升级和促进固定资产投资高技术化的建议。
The shadow price of carbon emissions reflects the intrinsic value or marginal productivity of carbon emissions as an environmental resource in the economic system. Therefore, technological innovation plays an important role in enhancing carbon value and driving economic growth and low-carbon transformation. In this paper, carbon emissions and technological progress are introduced into the transcendental logarithmic production function, and the model parameters are estimated using the ridge regression method based on the panel data of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from 2002 to 2020. The research results indicate that the shadow price of carbon emissions is increasing year by year, the contribution of technological innovation to the shadow price of carbon emissions is low but continues to increase, the driving effect of economic growth is weak but with a small increase, and the substitution effect of carbon emissions needs to be strengthened, the improving effect of the efficiency of labor factors. This paper puts forward suggestions for accelerating low-carbon technological innovation, promoting the transformation and upgrading of economic structure, and promoting high-tech investment in fixed assets.
