Strategic Effectiveness and Practical Approach of Sharing Development Concept

党的十八届五中全会以来,共享发展理念取得了一系列战略成效。本文在深刻把握共享发展理念内涵的基础上,开展共享发展理念战略成效的实证研究,对31个省级行政区域进行空间差异、动态演进、共享性和发展性耦合协调度的分析,研究发现中国共享发展理念的战略成效呈现持续提升态势,近半数省级行政区域的共享性和发展性的耦合协调程度处于适度状态,东部、中部、西部和东北部四个地区的战略成效具备空间分布不均衡、增速差异性等特点。最后,基于实证结论提出优化实践路径的具体建议。

Since the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee,the concept of shared development has made a series of strategic achievements.On the basis of deeply grasping the connotation of the concept of shared development,this paper conducts an empirical study on the strategic effectiveness of the concept of shared development,and analyzes the spatial differences,dynamic evolution,sharing and development coupling coordination of 31 provincial administrative regions.The study found that the strategic effectiveness of China’s shared development concept has been continuously improved,the coupling and coordination of sharing and development of nearly half of the provincial administrative regions is in a moderate state,and the strategic effectiveness of the eastern,central,western and northeastern regions has the characteristics of uneven spatial distribution and different growth rates.Finally,based on the empirical conclusions,specific suggestions are put forward to optimize the practice path.
