摘要
为提升复材机翼蒙皮柔性成型质量,本工作探寻了不同厚度、不同种类压痕抑制垫与复材机翼蒙皮成型质量间的作用规律。结果表明:当硅胶厚度为2.0 mm时,复材机翼蒙皮表面的压痕完全消失,其平均型面误差不高于1.36 mm,较无压痕抑制垫柔性成型蒙皮件型面误差降低26.88%;当丁腈橡胶厚度为1.5 mm时,复材机翼蒙皮表面的压痕完全消失,其平均型面误差不高于0.87 mm,较无压痕抑制垫柔性成型蒙皮件的平均型面误差降低53.23%。本研究揭示了材质较软的压痕抑制垫能够有效抑制压痕和减少型面误差,提高复材构件型面成型质量;压痕抑制垫厚度过大,会导致纤维复材机翼蒙皮型面偏差增加。本工作为航空复材机翼蒙皮柔性成型积累了基础数据。
In order to improve the flexible forming quality of composite wing skins,the law of interaction between different thicknesses and types of indentation suppression pads and the molding quality of composite wing skins were carried out.It was shown that as the thickness of the silicone is 2.0 mm,the dimples on the surface of the composite wing skin completely eliminated,and the average profile error is less than 1.36 mm,it is decreased by 26.88%.As the thickness of the nitrile rubber is 1.5 mm,the dimples on the surface of the composite wing skin completely eliminated,and the average profile error is less than 0.87 mm,it is decreased by 53.23%.This study revealed that the indentation suppression pad with softer material can effectively inhibit indentation and reduce the profile error,and improve the molding quality of the composite components.Excessive thickness of the indentation suppression pad will lead to increased deviation of the skin profile of the fiber composite wing.This work has accumulated basic data for the flexible molding of aerospace composite wing skins.
