利用分子选择培育水稻‘吉粳88’(hd2/hd4)导入系 被引量:1

摘要 旨在将水稻早抽穗基因hd2和hd4导入优良品种‘吉粳88’,培育可在黑龙江省北部种植的水稻‘吉粳88’(hd2/hd4)导入系。以‘吉粳88’为受体,‘空育131’为供体,利用分子选择及回交转育创制‘吉粳88’(hd2/hd4)导入系,在寒区第三积温区田间鉴定导入系的生育期、农艺性状及产量。‘吉粳88’和‘空育131’杂交‘、吉粳88’作为轮回亲本回交4次、回交后代自交2次,每个世代利用Hd2-Caps和Hd4-Caps进行前景选择,利用SSR标记进行背景选择,获得了‘吉粳88’(hd2/hd4)导入系-1和‘吉粳88’(hd2/hd4)导入系-2,两个导入系抽穗期和‘空育131’类似,株型特征和‘吉粳88’类似,丰产性明显高于‘空育131’。‘吉粳88’(hd2/hd4)导入系培育成功,并且具有应用于黑龙江省第三积温区及第二积温区下限的可能。 The aim of this study is to transform rice heading stage genes hd2 and hd4 into an excellent variety‘Jijing 88’, and further develop rice‘Jijing 88’(hd2/hd4) introgression lines which are suitable for planting in the northern part of Heilongjiang Province. With‘Jijing 88’as the receptor and‘Kongyu 131’as the donor,‘Jijing 88’(hd2/hd4) introgression lines were created by molecular selection and backcrossing. The growth period, agronomic characters and yield of the introgression lines were identified in the third accumulated temperature area of cold region.‘Jijing 88’was crossed with‘Kongyu 131’,‘Jijing 88’was used as the recurrent parent for 4 backcrosses, and the backcross offspring were self-crossed for 2 times. In each generation, Hd2-Caps and Hd4-Caps were used for foreground selection, and SSR markers were used for background selection. Thus, ‘Jijing 88’(hd2/hd4) introgression lines-1 and ‘Jijing 88’(hd2/hd4)introgression lines-2 were obtained. Both of them had similar heading stage to‘Kongyu 131’and plant type characteristics to‘Jijing 88’, but the yield was significantly higher than that of‘Kongyu 131’. The successful breeding of rice‘Jijing 88’(hd2/hd4) introgression lines has made it possible for the lines to be used in the third accumulated temperature region and the lower limit of the second accumulated temperature region in Heilongjiang Province.
