全永磁驱动带式输送机控制策略及动力学行为 被引量:6

Control Strategy and Dynamic Behavior of Full Permanent Magnet Driving Belt Conveyor

摘要 针对传统异步电机驱动和液压绞车张紧带式输送机存在的传动效率低、运行维护困难、张紧响应慢等问题,设计了一种集永磁电机直驱与永磁张紧于一体的全永磁驱动带式输送机,制定了全永磁驱动系统矢量控制策略与机-电耦合动力学模型;利用Matlab/Simulink建模仿真与煤矿井下现场试验相结合的方法,研究了全永磁驱动带式输送机在空载启动、满载启动、变载运行等工况下的矢量控制策略与机-电耦合动力学行为。结果表明:全永磁驱动带式输送机在多种工况下均能实现转矩与转速的快速响应和动态调节,具有良好的动态特性;多台电机间可维持功率平衡与同步传动,具有较强的抗干扰能力;永磁张紧装置可以实现张紧力动态调节,有利于提高带式输送机驱动效率、张紧响应速度以及整机协调可控性;全永磁驱动系统可实现对带式输送机的智能驱动与动态张紧,在机-电耦合动力学行为仿真试验与现场试验中得到的电机动态特性规律基本一致,表明其可满足煤矿井下带式输送机实际工况需求,具有较高的推广应用价值。 Aiming at the problems of low transmission efficiency,difficult operation and maintenance,and slow tension response of traditional asynchronous motor drive and hydraulic winch tension belt conveyor,a full permanent magnet driving belt conveyor integrating permanent magnetic direct driving and permanent magnet tensioning is designed.The vector control strategy and electromechanical coupling dynamics model of full permanent magnet driving system are formulated.The vector control strategy and electromechanical coupling dynamic behavior of full permanent magnet driving belt conveyor under no-load,full load and variable load starting conditions are studied by combining Matlab/Simulink modeling and simulation with coal mine field test.The results show that the full permanent magnet driving belt conveyor can realize the rapid response and dynamic adjustment of torque and speed under various working conditions,and has good dynamic characteristics.Multiple permanent magnet driving motors can maintain power balance and synchronization transmission.The permanent magnet tensioning device can realize the dynamic adjustment of tensioning force,which is beneficial to improve the driving efficiency,tensioning response speed and the coordination and controllability of the whole machine of the belt conveyor;The full permanent magnet driving system can realize intelligent driving and dynamic tensioning of belt conveyor;The simulation test of electromechanical coupling dynamics behavior is basically consistent with the motor dynamic characteristics obtained in the field test,which shows that it can meet the actual working conditions of belt conveyor in coal mine,and has high popularization and application value.
