财经专业大学生英语口语焦虑研究

摘要 焦虑被认为是语言学习中最大的情感障碍,阻碍学习潜力的正常发挥。本研究以91名财经专业大一学生为研究对象,采用问卷、测试和访谈的方法探究外语课堂焦虑现象及其与英语口语水平之间的关系,并尝试采用一系列策略帮助学生减少焦虑。研究发现,财经专业大学生普遍存在语言焦虑现象。焦虑与口语成绩之间存在负相关。相关实验采用以学生为中心、以减少焦虑为目标的教学法后,实验班学生焦虑水平降低、口语成绩有所提高,这说明试验中使用的应对策略在降低焦虑,提高口语能力方面是有效的。
