四川省泸州市18岁及以上体检人群代谢综合征现状调查

Survey on metabolic syndrome among people aged 18 years and above with physical examination,Luzhou city,Sichuan province

目的分析四川省泸州市18岁及以上体检人群的代谢综合征现状,为进一步完善慢性病高危人群的健康管理措施提供依据。方法从四川省泸州市全民健康信息系统中导出2020年18岁及以上体检人群的健康体检数据,对体检对象腰围、血压、血糖、甘油三酯和高密度脂蛋白数据进行统计分析。结果四川省泸州市2020年共体检18岁及以上人群930176人,代谢综合征患病率为24.85%(231143/930176)。其中腹型肥胖患病率为26.97%(250836/930176),高血糖患病率为25.89%(240845/930176),高血压患病率为57.42%(534129/930176),高甘油三酯血症患病率为52.00%(483708/930176),低高密度脂蛋白血症患病率为8.68%(80748/930176)。男性高血压和低高密度脂蛋白血症的患病率高于女性,女性腹型肥胖、高血糖、高甘油三酯血症和代谢综合征患病率高于男性,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论四川省泸州市18岁及以上体检人群的代谢综合征及各组分患病率均较高,应进一步强化和落实全民预防保健慢性病高危人群健康管理。

Objective To analyze the status of metabolic syndrome in a group of people aged 18 years and older with physical examination in Luzhou city,Sichuan province,so as to provide a basis for further improvement of health management measures for people at risk of chronic diseases.Methods The physical examination data of people aged 18 and over in 2020 were exported from the National Health Information System of Luzhou city,Sichuan province,and statistical analysis of waist circumference,blood pressure,blood glucose,triglyceride and high-density lipoprotein data of the checkup subjects was conducted.Results In 2020,930176 people aged 18 and above were examined by grass-roots medical and health institutions in Luzhou city,Sichuan province,the prevalence of metabolic syndrome was 24.85%(231143/930176).The prevalence of abdominal obesity,hyperglycemia,hypertension,hypertriglyceridemia and low density lipoprotein was 26.97%(250836/930176),25.89%(240845/930176),57.42%(534129/930176),52.00%(483708/930176)and 8.68%(80748/930176),respectively.The prevalence of hypertension and low HDL was higher in men than in women,and the prevalence of abdominal obesity,hyperglycemia,hypertriglycerides and metabolic syndrome was higher in women than in men,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.01).Conclusion The prevalence of metabolic syndrome and its components are high in the medical examination population aged 18 years and above in Luzhou city,Sichuan province,and the health management of people at high risk of chronic diseases should be further strengthened and implemented for universal preventive health care.
