Analysis on water quality and sanitary conditions of swimming pools, Kunming city, Yunnan province,2020 to 2021

摘要 目的了解云南省昆明市游泳池水质卫生状况,为加强游泳场所卫生管理工作提供依据。方法收集2020-2021年云南省昆明市121家游泳馆、944份游泳池水样,依据相关标准对游泳场所菌落总数、大肠菌群、游离性余氯、浑浊度、pH值及尿素进行检测及评价。结果944份游泳池水样的总合格率为70.34%(664/944)。2020、2021合格率分别为70.43%(243/345)、70.28%(421/599),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。6项检测指标中浑浊度合格率最高,为100.00%;pH值合格率最低,为88.14%。学校、酒店内部、社区、健身场所泳池合格率分别为86.11%(31/36)、75.35%(217/288)、73.59%(170/231)、63.24%(246/389),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。菌落总数与尿素、pH值呈正相关(P<0.01),与游离性余氯呈负相关(P<0.01),游离性余氯与尿素呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论云南省昆明市游泳池水合格率偏低,应对pH值和游离性余氯开展实时监测,加大对健身场所的监督力度。 Objective To understand the sanitary condition of water quality in swimming pools in Kunming city,Yunnan province,so as to provide a basis for strengthening the sanitary management of swimming places.Methods A total of 944 water samples from 121 swimming pools in Kunming city,Yunnan province from 2020 to 2021 were collected.The total number of colonies,coliform bacteria,free residual chlorine,turbidity,pH value and urea in swimming pools were detected and evaluated according to the relevant standards.Results The total qualified rate of 944 water samples was 70.34%(664/944),with 70.43%(243/345)and 70.28%(421/599)in 2020 and 2021 respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Among them,the qualified rate of turbidity was the highest,which was 100%,the PH value of 88.14%was the lowest.The qualified rates of swimming pools for schools,hotels,communities,and fitness centers were 86.11%(31/36),75.35%(217/288),73.59%(170/231),and 63.24%(246/389)respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total number of bacteria was positively correlated with the urea and the pH value(P<0.01),and negatively with the free residual chlorine(P<0.01),and the free residual chlorine was negatively correlated with the urea(P<0.01).Conclusion The qualified rate of swimming pool water in Kunming city,Yunnan province is low,therefore real-time monitoring of pH value and free residual chlorine should be carried out,and the supervision of fitness places should be strengthened.
