摘要
为研究冷弯中空玻璃板的应力分布,对中空玻璃板进行单向冷弯试验,采用分布式光纤测量玻璃板长边边缘处的应力,考虑不同玻璃厚度、空腔厚度和冷弯半径对应力分布的影响,并在玻璃板上布设电阻应变片进行应力测量对比。试验结果表明,分布式光纤能够较准确地测量冷弯中空玻璃板的应力分布,其与应变片所测应力的相对误差平均值为4.74%,在应力测量精度上能较好地满足试验要求,而且可以得到更完善的实验数据,采用该方法测量冷弯中空玻璃板的应力分布更为方便和实用;冷弯半径对冷弯应力的影响远大于玻璃厚度和空腔厚度,后两者对冷弯应力的影响很小。
In order to study the stress distribution of cold bending insulating glass plates, a single-curved cold bending test was carried out on the insulating glass plates. A distributed optical fiber was used to measure the stress at the edge of the long side of the glass plates. The influence of different glass thickness, cavity thickness and cold bending radius on the stress distribution was considered, and the resistance strain gauges were arranged on the glass plates for stress measurement and comparison. The test results show that the distributed optical fiber can accurately measure the stress distribution of cold bending insulating glass plates, and the average relative error between it and the stress measured by the strain gauge is 4.74%, which can better meet the test requirements in terms of stress measurement accuracy. In addition, more perfect experimental data can be obtained, and it is more convenient and practical to use this method to measure the stress distribution of the cold bending insulating glass plates. The influence of the cold bending radius on the cold bending stress is much greater than that of the glass thickness and cavity thickness, and the latter two have little effect on cold bending stress.
