摘要
为了明确云南省不同产区烤烟主栽品种烟叶颜色的特征差异,采用L^(*)a^(*)b^(*)均匀颜色空间表征方法对来自云南省保山、大理、昆明、文山、红河、丽江、曲靖共7个产区的K326、红花大金元、云烟87、NC102、云烟97、云烟99共6个主栽品种的C3F等级烟叶色度值(L^(*)、a^(*)、b^(*)、C*、h^(*))进行测量分析。结果表明:6个主栽烤烟品种色度角分布范围为71.62°~74.02°,位于偏黄的橘色区域内(40°<h^(*)≤75°)。云烟99和云烟97品种C3F烟叶颜色饱和程度和均匀度都较高,而NC102则较低。各品种的烟叶明度值分别与红度、黄度值呈负相关,与色调角值呈正相关。昆明、保山产区的烟叶颜色呈高明度低饱和的特点,红河、文山产区的烟叶颜色呈低明度高饱和的特点。与品种相比,产地对烤烟C3F烟叶颜色的影响较大。本研究初步探明了云南烟叶颜色的区域与品种分布特性,能够为云南烟叶收购智能化提供一定的科学依据。
In order to clarify the color characteristics of the main varieties of tobacco leaves in different production areas of Yunnan Province,the L^(*) a^(*) b^(*) uniform color space representation method was used to measure and analyze the color va-lues of C3F grade tobacco leaves of six main varieties including K326,Honghuadajinyuan,Yunyan 87,NC102,Yunyan 97 and Yunyan 99 from seven production areas of Baoshan,Dali,Kunming,Wenshan,Honghe,Lijiang and Qujing in Yunnan Province.The results showed that the chromaticity angle of the six main varieties ranged from 71.62°to 74.02°,which was located in the yellowish orange region(40°<h^(*)≤75°).The C3F grade leaves of Yunyan 99 and Yunyan 97 had higher color saturation and evenness,which of NC102 was lower.The brightness value of tobacco leaves of each variety was negatively correlated with redness and yellow,and positively correlated with hue angle.The color of tobacco leaves in Kunming and Baoshan areas showed the characteristics of high brightness and low saturation,while those in Honghe and Wenshan areas showed the characteristics of low brightness and high saturation.Compared with varieties,the place of origin has a greater influence on the color of C3F flue-cured tobacco leaves.This study preliminarily found out the color region and variety distribution characteristics of tobacco leaves in Yunnan,which can provide a scientific basis for the intelligent purchase of tobacco leaves in Yunnan.
