长输管道焊缝PAUT与射线检测的对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 天然气输送管道焊缝质量检测日益受到人们的重视。目前PAUT检测技术由于具有诸多方面的优点,是近年来国内外检测技术研究的重点和热点,该技术已初步应用于实际,并取得了良好的效果。本文结合PAUT的基本原理、适用范围、技术成熟度、优点和缺点以及工程应用情况,总结评价了用于天然气输送管道PAUT的缺陷检测率、灵敏度、定位精度等多项技术指标,可为我国天然气长输管道焊缝超声相控阵检测的市场化应用推广提供技术依据。 The weld quality inspection of natural gas transmission pipeline has been paid more and more attention.At present,PAUT technology is the focus and hotspot of detection technology research at home and abroad in recent years because of its advantages in many aspects.This technology has been initially applied to practice and has achieved good results.Based on the basic principle,scope of application,technical maturity,advantages and disadvantages and engineering application of PAUT,this paper summarizes and evaluates the defect detection rate,sensitivity,positioning accuracy and other technical indicators used for PAUT of natural gas transmission pipeline,which can provide technical basis for the market-oriented application and promotion of ultrasonic phased array detection of natural gas pipeline welds in China.
