微波消解-ICP-MS法分析冬虫夏草和蝉花无机元素差异 被引量:4

Difference analysis of inorganic elements in Cordyceps sinensis and Cordyceps cicadae by ICP-MS with microwave digestion method

摘要 目的比较冬虫夏草和蝉花中无机元素的含量差异,评价蝉花在某些方面代替冬虫夏草的可能性。方法微波消解法处理冬虫夏草和蝉花样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定二者中24种无机元素的含量,利用SIMCA-P14.0软件对数据进行主成分分析和正交偏最小二乘判别法分析。结果24种元素线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.9955;精密度和重复性试验RSD≤6.0%,回收率83.5%~110.8%,RSD≤6.0%。多元统计分析结果表明冬虫夏草和蝉花中五种元素(Al、Fe、Ca、K、Mn)存在显著性差异,并且Al、Fe、Ca、Mn在蝉花中的含量明显高于冬虫夏草。结论本方法适用于冬虫夏草和蝉花中无机元素的含量测定并且结合多元统计分析结果可说明蝉花比冬虫夏草在补血,补钙和抗衰老方面更具有优势。 Objective To compare the differences of inorganic elements in Cordyceps sinensis(C.sinensis)and Cordyceps cicadae(C.cicadae),and evaluate the possibility of C.cicadae replacing C.sinensis in certain asprcts.Methods The contents of 24 inorganic elements C.sinensis and in C.cicadae sample were analyzed by microwave digestion coupled with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method.The principal component analysis(PCA)and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA)were analyzed for with SIMCA-P14.0 software.Results The 24 elements showed good linearities in the selected concentration ranges(r~2>0.9911).The relative standard deviations(RSDs)of the precision and repeatability were less than 6.0%.The average recovery ranged from 73.76%to 105.6%,with RSD≤6.0%.The results of multivariate statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences in the five elements(Al,Fe,Ca,K,Mn)between C.sinensis and C.cicadae and the content of Al,Fe,Ca and Mn in C.cicadae was significantly higher than that in C.sinensis.Conclusion The established method is simple and fast with high sensitivity and good accuracy,and is suitable for the determination of inorganic elements in C.sinensis and C.cicadae samples.Combined with the results of multivariate statistical analysis,it can be concluded that C.cicadae has more advantages than C.sinensis in terms of blood supplementation,calcium supplementation and anti-aging.
