摘要 中老铁路客票系统互联互通是我国与老挝铁路客运票额统一管理、发售的重要方式。为进一步减轻中老铁路客运运营中心对客票基础信息的重复维护工作,提高对国际旅客在行程中跨境票跨国业务办理的服务能力和跨国铁路客运信息化的管理水平,在既有中老铁路磨万段客票系统平稳运行的基础上,从系统架构、数据同步、数据安全、功能服务方面,多角度分析中老铁路磨万段客票系统、中老铁路玉磨段国际列车客票系统间实现互联互通整体需求的必要性,充分借鉴、综合国内12306票务系统组织架构及先进的电子客票思想,以架构改造、服务对接和数据资源可靠传输为主体方向,为双方系统设计研究互联互通可行性技术方案。互联互通为国际旅客跨国出行提供更便捷的服务体验,为国际票务服务自动化、智能化业务拓展提供数据支撑和有效保障。 The connectivity of ticketing systems for China-Laos Railway is an important way to jointly manage and sell passenger transport tickets between China and Laos. The research endeavors to further release repetitive maintenance of the basic information of railway tickets undertaken by the passenger transport operation centers of China-Laos Railway and improve the service ability of cross-border tickets and businesses and the information-based management level of transnational railway passenger transport. This paper analyzed the necessity to realize the connectivity between the ticketing system of the Boten-Vientiane section and the international ticketing system of the Yuxi-Mohan section on China-Laos Railway from the perspectives of system framework, information synchronization, data safety, and functional service on the basis of the stable operation of the existing ticketing system for the Boten-Vientiane section. By referring to and integrating the organization structure and advanced e-ticket idea of the 12306 ticketing system in China, this paper designed a feasible technical solution for the connectivity of the above two ticketing systems with the framework reconstruction, service connection, and reliable transmission of data resources as the main research directions. Connectivity provides a more convenient service experience for international travelers, as well as data support and effective guarantees for automatic and intelligent business development of international ticketing services.
