摘要 中老铁路是“一带一路”倡议的重点项目,中老铁路旅客服务系统作为中老铁路工程建设的核心系统,需打造成为技术先进、业务扩展能力强且满足中老铁路客运服务本地化运营需求的精品系统。结合国内客运服务信息化研究成果与中老铁路客运服务业务的实际需求,对已批复的既有旅客服务系统架构进行改造与优化,研究构建基于旅客服务与生产管控平台云边协同部署的中老铁路旅客服务系统的系统架构,以全面提升系统整体的先进性、可扩展性、中心联网能力、稳定性和易维护性。目前,优化后的系统架构与系统应用软件已经在万象客运调度中心及被代管的9个车站全面部署应用,为后续中老铁路旅客服务系统中心联网扩建、智能车站功能升级打造良好的基础。 China-Laos Railway is a key project of the “Belt and Road Initiative”(BRI). The passenger service system of the China-Laos Railway, the core system in the construction of the project, needs to be built into a high-quality system that meets the localized operation needs of the passenger transport service of the China-Laos Railway, with advanced technology and strong business expansion capacity. Therefore, given the domestic research results of information-based passenger transport service and the actual business needs of the passenger transport service of the China-Laos Railway, this paper transformed and optimized the approved architecture of the existing passenger service system. In addition, it studied and constructed the architecture of the new passenger service system based on cloud edge collaboration of passenger service and production management and control platforms for the China-Laos Railway and comprehensively improved the overall progressiveness, scalability, central networking capability, stability, and maintainability of the system. At present, the optimized system architecture and system application software have been deployed in the Vientiane Traffic Control Center and nine controlled stations. They have laid a good foundation for the subsequent central networking expansion and function upgrading of intelligent stations of the passenger service system for the China-Laos Railway.
