中国标准铁路信号系统在中老铁路磨万段应用的思考与探讨

Research on Application of Railway Signal System under Chinese Standards in Boten-Vientiane Section of China-Laos Railway

随着“一带一路”倡议的推进,中国铁路走出去项目越来越多,中国铁路标准的落地实施需符合当地的标准要求,选择满足海外标准同时适合海外项目的信号系统方案至关重要。研究总结了铁路国际标准,分析了中老铁路磨万段标准的选择及主要信号产品采用的技术标准。针对中老铁路磨万段信号系统行车调度指挥、计算机联锁、区间及列控系统等关键设备和系统接口探讨了中国标准的解决方案,总结了中老铁路磨万段信号系统的运用效果,提出提高系统集成度来适应海外实际、海外布局专利和防范侵权、创新接配线方式来降低施工调试维护难度的建议,可为其他海外铁路项目信号系统提供参考和借鉴。

With the promotion of the “Belt and Road Initiative”(BRI), more and more Chinese railway projects go global. The implementation of Chinese railway standards should meet the requirements of local standards, and thus it is vital to choose a signal system scheme that meets overseas standards and is suitable for overseas projects. This paper summarized the international railway standards and analyzed the selection of railway standards for Boten-Vientiane Railway and the technical standards adopted by main signal products. In addition, it explored the solutions to Chinese standards for the key equipment and system interfaces of the signal system of Boten-Vientiane Railway, such as train dispatching command, computer interlocking, and interval and train control systems, and summarized the application effect of the signal system for Boten-Vientiane Railway. On this basis, it put forward some suggestions, including improving the system integration to adapt to overseas conditions, laying out patents and preventing infringement overseas, and innovating connection and wiring methods to reduce the difficulty of construction, debugging, and maintenance, which can provide references for railway signal systems of other overseas projects.
