摘要
目前的风电机组故障诊断工作对诊断分析师的依赖很高,在面对大规模风电机群时,完全依靠人工分析很难保证诊断的准确性和效率。为此,在风电机群规模化故障诊断中应用了基于扫频分析技术的风电机组轴承典型故障自动诊断方法,分析了实施规模化应用的条件,介绍了其在华能新能源智慧运维系统的实际应用效果,并结合检修人员的实际需求对智慧诊断技术的发展进行了展望。该自动诊断方法在应用中取得了初步效果,在一定程度上降低了对人工诊断的依赖,为风电机群规模化故障诊断提供了有效的技术手段和宝贵的实践经验。
At present, the fault diagnosis of wind turbines relies heavily on diagnostic analysts. For large-scale wind turbine groups, it is difficult to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of diagnosis by relying solely on manual analysis.In order to solve this problem, the automatic diagnosis method of typical faults of wind turbine bearing based on sweep frequency analysis technology is applied in the large-scale fault diagnosis of wind turbine group, the conditions for implementing the large-scale application are analyzed, the actual application results in Huaneng renewable energy smart operation and maintenance system are introduced, and the development of smart diagnosis technology is prospected in combination with the actual needs of maintenance personnel. The automatic diagnosis method has achieved preliminary results in application, which reduces the dependence on manual diagnosis to a certain extent, and provides effective technical means and valuable practical experience for large-scale fault diagnosis of wind turbine groups.
