摘要
森林火灾风险普查是提高自然灾害防治体系和防治能力现代化的重要举措,森林可燃物调查在森林火灾风险普查中至关重要。通过分层典型抽样的调查方法,建立广东省各区域、各类型可燃物模型,结合森林资源“一张图”数据可估算森林可燃物载量。以广东森林火灾风险普查样地布设为研究对象,探讨样地布设要求、数量,以及其分布。结果显示:广东森林火灾风险普查共布设4 111个标准地和442个大样地,其中乔木林标准地3 825个、灌木林标准地286个,布点样地覆盖全省21个地级市、122个县(区);各地区布设的样地数量与森林资源总量呈高度正相关,且空间分布均匀。
Forest fire risk survey is an important measure to improve the modernization of natural disaster prevention system and prevention ability. Forest fuel survey is vital in forest fire risk survey. Through stratified typical sampling survey method, various regions and types of fuel models are established. Combined with "One Map" data of forest resources, forest fuel load can be estimated. Taking the sample layout of forest fire risk survey in Guangdong as the research object, the requirements, quantity and distribution of sample layout are discussed. The result show that 4 111 standard sample regions(including 3 825 arbor standard sample regions and 286 shrubbery standard sample regions) and 442 large sample plots are arranged in Guangdong forest fire risk survey.The sample plots cover 21 prefecture-level cities and 122 counties(districts) in the province. The number of sample plots distributed in each region is highly positively correlated with the total amount of its forest resources, and the spatial distribution of the sample plots is uniform.
