社会工作介入老年糖尿病患者自我健康管理问题研究——以A市J社区为例

Involvement of Social Work in Self-health Management of Elderly Diabetes Patients:Taking Community J of City A as an Example

糖尿病已成为第三大慢性非感染性流行病,其发病率高,并发症多且易致死、致残的特点极大地危害了老年人的身体健康。查阅国内外相关文献研究发现,提升老年糖尿病患者的自我健康管理能力将有助于提高和改善老年人群体的生活质量。社会工作凭借其专业优势在加强老年糖尿病患者的自我健康管理方面发挥着重要作用。该研究对A市J社区的60岁以上糖尿病患者进行问卷调查103人及深度访谈5人,分析该社区老年糖尿病患者自我健康管理问题的根源,发现不同年龄阶段、患病时间的老年患者自我健康管理的重点不同,并对不同情况的老年糖尿病患者提出相应的建议,以求提高老年糖尿病患者自我健康管理的意识,从而提高其生活质量。

Diabetes has become the third largest chronic non-infectious epidemic, its features of high incidence, complications and easy to cause death, disability characteristics greatly endanger the health of the elderly.Consulting relevant literature at home and abroad, the author found that improving the self-health management ability of elderly diabetes patients will help improve the quality of life of the elderly population.Social work plays an important role in strengthening the self-health management of elderly diabetes patients.To conduct the present study, 103 diabetes patients aged 60 and above were interviewed in the community J of City A,and 5 people were interviewed in depth, to analyze the causes of the self-health management problems of elderly diabetes patients in the community, and the author found that the focus of self-health management of elderly patients at different ages and at the time of illness was different, therefore makes corresponding recommendations for elderly diabetes patients with different situations so as to improve the awareness of self-health management in elderly diabetes patients and thus improve their quality of life.
