摘要
针对某型纯电动客车电动机振动大、舒适性差的问题进行故障诊断,最终确定引发故障的原因是电动机悬置软垫刚度偏低。采用电机主动防抖策略和提高电动机悬置软垫刚度两种减振方案,并通过有限元仿真,对优化后的模型的位移和加速度响应进行计算,最终获得较好的减振效果。
Aiming at the problems of large vibration and poor comfort of the motor of a pure electric bus, the fault diagnosis is carried out, and it is finally determined that the reason is the low stiffness of the motor suspension cushion. Two vibration reduction schemes are adopted: the motor active anti chattering strategy and improving the stiffness of the motor suspension cushion. Through the finite element simulation, the displacement and acceleration response of the optimized model are calculated, and finally a better vibration reduction effect is obtained.
