摘要 本文详细介绍一种基于ISO 14229标准汽车胎压监控系统通用匹配方法,可以适用各种汽车胎压监控系统的匹配,根据该方法可以开发出适用设计验证、下线匹配、售后服务多种匹配工具或设备。其主要内容包括匹配方法介绍、匹配工具和设备介绍、实车测试验证3个部分,目前该方法已经在东风轻型商用车设计开发、下线匹配、售后服务各环节实现应用,并自主开发了用于设计验证的上位机程序,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。 This paper describes in detail a universal matching method based on ISO 14229 standard for automotive tire pressure monitoring system, which can be used for matching various automotive tire pressure monitoring systems. Based on this method, a variety of matching tools or devices for design verification, offline matching and after-sales service can be developed. Its main content includes three parts: introduction of matching method, introduction of matching tools and equipment, and verification of real vehicle test. At present, this method has been applied in the design and development, offline matching and after-sales service of Dongfeng light commercial vehicle. The host computer program for design verification has been developed independently, and good economic and social benefits have been obtained.
