汽车电线束轻量化设计方法研究

摘要 《中国制造2025》是中国实施制造强国战略第一个10年的行动纲领,其中明确提到要加强绿色产品研发应用,推广轻量化、低功耗、易回收等技术工艺,持续提升电机、锅炉、内燃机及电器等终端用能产品能效水平。汽车整车的轻量化研究已刻不容缓,而汽车线束是汽车电路的主体,是汽车的“神经”和“血管”。随着汽车智能化、网联化、电气化的不断提高,线束也越来越复杂,质量不断增加,汽车电线束的轻量化设计也越来越得到重视。本文将结合笔者以往的工作经验及行业现状,探究汽车电线束轻量化的设计方法。 Made in China 2025> is the action program for the first decade of China’s implementation of the manufacturing power strategy. Among them, it is clearly mentioned to strengthen the R&D and application of green products, promote technologies and processes such as lightweight, low power consumption and easy recovery, and continuously improve the energy efficiency level of terminal energy products such as motors, boilers, internal combustion engines and electrical appliances. It is urgent to study the lightweight of the whole automobile, and the automobile harness is the main body of the automobile circuit and the “nerve” and “blood vessel” of the automobile.With the continuous improvement of automobile intelligence, networking and electrification, the harness is becoming more and more complex and the weight is increasing. The lightweight design of automobile wire harness has been paid more and more attention. Combined with the author’s previous work experience and industry status, this paper will explore the lightweight design method of automobile wire harness.
