摘要
本文主要针对在车辆行驶过程中偶发出现明显顿挫(耸车)的问题进行分析和优化。通过对车辆数据进行采集,并对数据和原理进行分析,结果表明车辆出现明显顿挫感的原因为雨刮工作时产生电磁干扰导致曲轴位置传感器信号异常。最后综合考虑开发周期、成本、实施难度等问题,从线束工艺提升方面推出优化方案,解决车辆问题。
This paper mainly aims at analysis and improvement when the vehicle appears obvious shaking if the wiper is working. According to the data collection of vehicle to do analysis, find the root cause is crankshaft position sensor was disturbed and send error signial to ECU, so that the ECU output error value, engine fuel injection timing error. Finally, considering the design period, cost and the implementation of the difficulty, we launch optimization plan from wire harness process improvement to solve this problem.
