近些年,在网络社会发生或经网络传播、并经线下网上互动而演化的舆情突发事件呈频发之势。高等学校作为社会的重要结构单元,与之相关的或在高校发生的舆情事件其社会反响非常强烈。当下,作为“互联网一代”的“00后”大学生,是最活跃的网络参与主体,他们多数时候充当了校园网络舆情事件的主角;但网络参与的实践已经表明,他们中的多数同时也是舆情危机事件的受害者。可见,加强校园舆情突发事件的舆情监测、防范并正确应对舆情危机,不仅是维护正常教育教学秩序的需要,也是保障大学生正常学习和生活的需要,更是加强高校宣传思想阵地建设、维护高校校园稳定的需要。
