现代产业工人推动经济高质量发展的机制研究

Research on the Mechanism of Modern Industrial Workers to Promote High-quality Economic Development

为了更好地提升产业工人队伍整体素质,助推现代产业体系建设和经济结构调整的优化升级,综合运用实证研究法和定量分析法,考察了新阶段现代产业工人队伍建设现状以及面临的问题。研究表明,产业工人在推动技术创新、提升竞争力方面具有关键作用,但仍然存在主人翁思想意识淡薄、人才队伍技能水平不高、制度保障机制不健全、配套服务体系有待完善等问题。基于上述分析,提出了应加强规范体制机制、提升能力素养水平、搭建创新创效平台、塑造和谐劳动关系等相关对策建议,以期对提高全要素生产率以及助力高质量发展有所贡献。

In order to better improve the overall quality of the industrial workforce and promote the optimization and upgrading of the construction of the modern industrial system and the adjustment of the economic structure,the empirical research method and quantitative analysis method are comprehensively used to investigate the current status and problems of the modern industrial workforce construction in the new stage.Research shows that industrial workers play a key role in promoting technological innovation and enhancing competitiveness,but there are still problems such as weak master ideology,low skill level of talent team,imperfect institutional guarantee mechanism,and supporting service system that needs to be improved.Based on the above analysis,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening the standard system and mechanism,improving the level of ability and literacy,building an innovation and efficiency platform,and shaping a harmonious labor relationship,in order to contribute to improving total factor productivity and promoting high-quality development.
