摘要
利用高空天气图、卫星云图、雷达图等资料,分析2019年8月6—7日发生在新巴尔虎右旗暴雨天气。了解到此次暴雨天气是在高空低涡影响下发生的,新巴尔虎右旗位于低涡低部,由于低涡后部不断分裂冷空气,并向东移动,副热带高压北抬,激发了强对流的生成,促使新巴尔虎右旗大部地区短时强降水。前期新巴尔虎右旗低层温度足够高,为后期降水积攒不稳定能量。风速辐合线、较高的不稳定指数、充足水汽为暴雨天气创造了良好条件。
Analyze the rainstorm weather in New Balhu Right Banner from August 6 to 7,2019 by using high-altitude weather map,satellite cloud map,radar map and other data.it is learned that this rainstorm weather is under the influence of high-altitude low vortex.The New Balhu Right Banner is located in the low part of the low vortex.Because the rear of the low vortex is constantly splitting the cold air,moving eastward,and the subtropical high is moving northward,which stimulated the generation of strong convection,and prompted short-term heavy precipitation in most parts of New Balhu Right Banner.The low level temperature of New Balhu Right Banner is high enough in the early stage to accumulate unstable energy for the later precipitation.The convergence line of wind speed,high instability index and sufficient water vapor create good conditions for rainstorm weather.
