基于多元化观测手段的森林火灾应急气象服务研究——以凉山州为例

摘要 近年来,凉山州森林火灾呈现出多发、突发、重发趋势,严重阻碍了凉山州经济社会发展。分析了凉山州概况,介绍了应急自动气象站、车载X波段天气雷达及移动激光测风雷达的相关注意事项,探讨了天气预报产品、天气实况资料等获取途径,以期为天气预报、人工增雨作业提供充分依据,不断增强应急气象服务保障能力。 In recent years,forest fires in Liangshan Prefecture have shown a trend of multiple,sudden and repeated occurrence,which has seriously hindered the economic and social development of Liangshan Prefecture.This paper analyzed the general situation of Liangshan Prefecture,introduced the relevant matters needing attention of the emergency automatic weather station,the vehicle borne X-band weather radar and the mobile laser wind detection radar,and discussed the ways to obtain the weather forecast products,the weather actual data,etc.,in order to provide sufficient basis for the weather forecast and the artificial precipitation enhancement operation,and continuously enhance the emergency meteorological service guarantee capability.
