北方景观湖泊夏季菌藻多样性及共生关系

Bacterium-Algae Diversity and Association Relationship in Northern Scenic Lake in Summer

摘要 对我国北方著名景观湖大明湖水体水质状况和微生物群落结构进行研究,利用藻类种群鉴别、物种相关性共表达网络等手段,分析大明湖中藻类种群结构的区域演替规律和相互作用机制,揭示藻类区域生长及种群结构的相互关系。结果表明:大明湖水体营养元素浓度较低,其他水质指标均在自然水体范围内;水样中的微生物代谢产物主要为腐殖酸类物质,微小杆菌属、不动杆菌属、蓝菌属和丛毛单胞菌属是优势菌属;菌藻之间呈强烈的正相关,表明菌藻之间呈共生关系。 Water quality status and alga community of the Daming Lake,a famous scenic lake in north China,were researched.Regional succession laws and interaction mechanism of algae population structure in the Daming Lake were analyzed by means of identification of algal population and coexpression network of species correlation,and relationship between algae regional growth and population structure was revealed.The results show that the concentrations of nutrient elements of the Daming Lake water body are low,and other water quality indicators are within the range of natural water body.Microbial metabolites in the water samples are mainly humic acids.Exiguobacterium,Acinetobacter,Cyanobium_PCC-6307,and Comamonas are dominant genus of bacteria.There is a strong positive correlation relation between bacterium and algae,which indicates the symbiotic relationship between them.
