摘要
试验旨在探讨去皮豆粕替代鱼粉对长须胡鲶生长性能、体成分及血清生化指标的影响。选取初重(22.40±0.30) g健康的长须胡鲶(Clarias longibarbis) 750尾,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复50尾鱼。各组鱼饲喂不同比例的去皮豆粕(0、15%、30%、45%和60%)替代鱼粉蛋白的饵料。预试期15 d,正式试验期8周。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验1组长须胡鲶的末重、特定增长率显著降低(P<0.05),试验4组长须胡鲶的蛋白质效率和蛋白质沉积率显著降低(P<0.05)。与试验4组相比,其他各组长须胡鲶肌肉中水分含量显著降低(P<0.05),粗蛋白质含量显著升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验3组、试验4组当长须胡鲶血清溶菌酶(LZM)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,长须胡鲶配合饵料蛋白水平为40%时,去皮豆粕替代鱼粉的适宜替代量为45%。
The experiment was to investigate the effect of the dehulled soybean meal instead of fish meal on growth performance, body composition and serum biochemical indexes of Clarias longibarbis. A total of 750 healthy Clarias longibarbis with initial weight of(22.40±0.30) g were randomly divided into five groups, with three replicates in each group, and 50 fish in each replicate. The fish in each group were fed with different proportions of peeled soybean meal(0,15%, 30%, 45% and 60%) instead of fish meal protein. The pre-test period was 15 d, and the formal test period was 8 w.The results showed that compared with control group, the final weight and specific growth rate of group 1 significantly decreased(P<0.05), and the protein efficiency and protein deposition rate of group 4 significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with group 4, the water content in muscles of other groups of Clarias longibarbis was significantly decreased(P<0.05), and the crude protein content was significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with control group, the activity of LZM and SOD in group 3 and group 4 were significantly decreased(P<0.05). The study indicates that when the dietary protein level of Clarias longibarbis is 40%, the suitable amount of dehulled soybean meal to replace fish meal is 45%.
