饲用酶制剂是一种具有催化活性的蛋白类物质,主要由细菌、真菌等微生物发酵产生或生物体内活细胞原生质合成。在无抗养殖的背景下,酶制剂作为一种绿色饲料添加剂,有效提高了畜禽养殖的经济效益和生态效益。文章从酶制剂的分类、功能、选择、评价方法以及酶制剂在家禽、家畜、水产等动物养殖中的应用概况等方面进行综述,为酶制剂的进一步的广泛应用提供参考。

Feeding enzyme preparation is a kind of protein with catalytic activity, mainly produced by bacteria, fungi and other microorganisms fermentation or living cell protoplasm synthesis. Under the background of non resistant breeding,enzyme preparation, as a green feed additive, has effectively improved the economic and ecological benefits of livestock and poultry breeding. The article summarizes the classification, function, selection, evaluation methods of enzyme preparations and the application of enzyme preparations in poultry, livestock, aquaculture and other animal breeding, to provide reference for further extensive application of enzyme preparations.
