摘要
山楂中生物活性成分为类黄酮及其衍生物、有机酸类化合物、萜类化合物、多糖等。山楂具有抗菌、抗氧化应激、抗炎、提高免疫力、降脂、降糖、促生长等生物学功能。山楂应用于畜禽养殖中能够提高生产性能,增强免疫能力,抗氧化应激,降血脂。文章对山楂的生物活性成分、生物学功能、作用机制及在畜禽养殖中的研究进行总结归纳,以期山楂在畜禽业中的深入开发应用提供参考。
The bioactive ingredient in the organ of plant hawthorn are flavonoids, organic acids, terpenoids and polysaccharides. They have the biological functions of antibacterial, antioxidant stress, anti-inflammatory, immunity improvement, lipid-lowering, hypoglycemic, growth promotion, and so on. In livestock and poultry breeding, it can improve production performance, enhance immune capacity, antioxidant stress ability and reduce blood lipid. The paper summarized the species, biological function and mechanism of hawthorn and their application in livestock and poultry industry, in order to provide a reference for the further development and application of hawthorn in livestock and poultry industry.
