广西某低品位氧化锌多金属矿联合法选冶试验研究

Research of Beneficiation-Metallurgy Combination Process Test on A Low Grade Zinc Oxide Polymetallic Ore in Guangxi

摘要 广西某低品位氧化锌多金属矿中有价元素品位较低,属难选氧化矿石,常规选矿铅锌精矿品位难于达到冶炼要求。试验采用“选-冶-选”联合工艺,获得精矿选矿回收率Zn 72.33%,Sn 74.26%,Pb 71.08%,Ag 73%;铅锌混合精矿湿法冶炼回收率Zn 90.40%,Pb 85.60%,Ag 85.31%。各有价元素选冶综合回收率较高。 The grade of valuable element is low in a polymetallic zinc oxide mine in Guangxi, and which is a refractory oxide ore. The grade of lead-zinc concentrate is difficult to achieve the smelting requirements in conventional beneficiation. The combined process "Beneficiation-Metallurgy-Beneficiation " was adopted in the experiment, concentrate recovery of zinc 72.33%, tin 74.26%, lead 71.08%, silver 73% were obtained;the wet smelting recoveries of lead zinc mixed concentrate were zinc 90.40%, lead 85.60% and silver 85.31%. The comprehensive recovery rate of valuable element is higher.
