甘肃某金矿浮选试验研究

摘要 甘肃某微细粒金矿矿物组成较简单,硫化物中金占有率95.06%。条件试验最终得出的磨矿细度80%-200目,调整剂D1 2 000 g/t、活化剂硫酸铜200 g/t、D42 90 g/t、酯-22 90 g/t为该矿石浮选的最佳条件。一粗一扫三精的闭路试验最终得到精矿品位20.01%,回收率93.80%的良好指标。该结果可为矿山资源开发利用及建厂工程设计提供技术依据。 The mineral composition of a fine-grained gold deposit in Gansu is relatively simple, and the gold share in the sulfide is 95.06%. The best flotation conditions of grinding fineness of 80%-200 mesh, adjustment agent D1 2 000 g/t, the activator copper sulfate 200 g/t, D42 90 g/t, and the ester-22 90 g/t was obtained by the condition tests. The good index of concentrate grade of 20.01% and recovery of 93.80% was obtained by the closed test of one-roughing, one-scavenging and three cleaning. The results can be used as a technical basis for the development and utilization of mine resources and the designing of a plant.
