摘要
电炉法是生产铁合金的主要生产方法,铁合金电炉变压器尤为重要。西北某地区建设了一条电炉变压器组装生产线,采用静电喷涂对铁合金电炉变压器进行表面涂装。本文从静电喷涂原理、工艺流程及涂料成分等识别分析其产生的大气污染物特征、排放方式等。通过对比各类有机废气处理设施,针对性论述活性炭吸收+UV光解氧化组合工艺可行性及效果,从而为同类企业在治理措施选择方面提供可行的技术参考。
The electric furnace method is the main method to produce ferroalloy, especially the transformer of ferroalloy electric furnace. An electric furnace transformer assembly line was built in a certain area of northwest China, and the surface coating of ferroalloy electric furnace transformer was carried out by electrostatic spraying. This article from the principle of electrostatic spraying, technological process and coating composition, etc., to identify the cause of its characteristics, atmospheric pollutants emission, etc. By contrast, all kinds of organic waste gas treatment facilities targeted on activated carbon absorption combination + UV photolysis oxidation process feasibility and effect, to the similar enterprises in the choice to provide feasible control measures technical reference.
