白银有色铜精矿在线成分检测设备长期运行状况与维护

摘要 铜精矿成分分析是铜冶炼生产过程中的重要环节,分析结果的时效性对冶炼工艺的精准调控以及冶炼制品质量具有重要影响。传统铜精矿成分分析方法检测结果的滞后,不能满足当前铜精矿智能配料以及生产智能化改进的需求。本文基于LIBS技术的GS-LIBS2500Y型激光成分分析仪对铜精矿中核心成分Cu含量进行了在线检测,并对比分析了配料调整前后铜精矿成分在线分析仪模型数据库优化对在线检测结果的准确性和现场适用性的影响。试验结果表明,该铜精矿在线分析仪不仅实现了铜精矿成分的在线检测,而且通过模型数据库优化的方法将在线检测结果的平均偏差由1.80%降低至0.32%,有效提升了铜精矿成分在线分析仪在线检测结果的准确性和现场长期运行的稳定性,对冶炼工艺的精细化控制以及冶炼过程自动化和智能化水平提升具有重要意义。 The composition analysis of copper concentrate is an important work in the production process of copper smelting. The timeliness of the analysis results has an important impact on the precise control of the smelting process and the quality of smelted products. The hysteresis of the detection results of traditional copper concentrate composition analysis methods cannot meet the needs of current copper concentrate intelligent batching and production intelligent improvement. In this paper, the GS-LIBS2500 Y laser composition analyzer based on LIBS technology is used to detect the copper concentrate composition online, and the accuracy and field applicability of the online detection equipment detection results before and after the optimization of the analyzer database model are compared and analyzed. The experimental results show that the copper concentrate composition online analyzer not only realizes the online detection of copper concentrate composition, but also reduces the average deviation of online detection results from 1.80% to 0.32% by optimizing the model database, which effectively improves the copper concentration. The accuracy of the online detection results of the mineral composition online analyzer and the stability of the long-term operation on site are of great significance to the refined control of the smelting process and the improvement of the automation and intelligence level of the smelting process.
