摘要
铝灰主要产生于铝电解、铝(含再生铝)加工等所有铝发生融熔的工序,属于毒性危险废物。铝灰中含有金属铝、氧化铝、氮化铝、氧化镁等有价成分,开展铝灰的综合利用,不仅可消除铝灰对环境的污染问题,而且还能实现资源的有效利用,具有显著的经济效益和环境效益。本文以铝电解、铝加工企业产生的一次铝灰为原料,利用中频炉对不同粒度的铝灰进行金属铝回收试验,测得其收得率。通过试验,探究铝灰提取金属铝的技术路线,望缓解铝灰存放带来的环保压力,创造经济效益。
Aluminum ash is mainly produced in aluminum electrolysis, aluminum(including recycled aluminum) processing and other aluminum melting processes, which belongs to toxic hazardous waste. Aluminum ash contains aluminum metal, aluminum oxide, aluminum nitride, magnesium oxide and other valuable components, the comprehensive utilization of aluminum ash can not only eliminate the pollution of aluminum ash to the environment, but also realize the effective utilization of resources, which has significant economic and social benefits. In this paper, the primary aluminum ash produced by aluminum electrolysis and aluminum processing enterprises is used as raw material, and the medium-frequency furnace is used to carry out the metal aluminum recovery test of different particle sizes of aluminum ash, and the recovery rate is measured. Through the experiment, the technical route of aluminum ash extraction is explored, hoping to relieve the environmental pressure brought by aluminum ash storage and create economic benefits.
