通风相对湿度对竖向通风效果的模拟研究

摘要 基于多孔介质的流动和传热传质理论,结合粮堆热湿传递数学模型,对不同通风湿度条件下的竖向上下行通风方式的6个工况进行模拟和分析。结果显示:通风相对湿度相同的条件下,通风前期上行通风的降温保水效果优于下行通风;相同通风方式下,通风相对湿度越低,粮堆温度、水分下降越多;相同通风相对湿度条件下,下行通风方式的单位能耗高于上行通风方式;相同通风方式下,通风相对湿度越低,工况的单位能耗越低。 Based on the theory of flow and heat and mass transfer in porous media, and combined with the mathematical model of heat and moisture transfer in grain pile, six working conditions of vertical up or down ventilation mode under different ventilation and humidity conditions were simulated and analyzed. The results showed that under of the same relative humidity of ventilation, the upper ventilation had better cooling and water retention effect than the down ventilation. Under the same ventilation mode, the lower the relative humidity of ventilation, the more the temperature and moisture of drop. Under the same ventilation relative humidity, the unit energy consumption of downward ventilation was higher than that of upward ventilation. Under the same ventilation mode, the lower the relative humidity of ventilation, the lower the unit energy consumption under the working condition.
